Signing a 3 or 5 year (or whatever number you pick), gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have the rights over that property for the term of the Head Lease. You can include options to renew, thus giving you even more security to run your business.

RENT

Your practice agrees to use part of the Participants NDIS package you will receive from the NDIS, to fund the rent. This will give your participants access to their Independent Living Options and your practice a home and peace of mind to run your business out of.

Have the home built

Within this process you will be introduced to the Rental Management team

Through which, you or your firm, will sign a Head Lease Agreement with

At completion, the home will be handed over to you, and your participants will move in whilst you continue to run & manage your business under one roof now

The property will continue to be managed by the rental management team.
